Flash Flood

To Inland Empire: As you may have noticed (just by looking outside) today was POURING and we have been having flash floods.

To other counties: The Inland Empire, (where I live) in Southern California has been having some flash floods. If you don't know what a flash flood is, it's when rainfall builds so much, it causes BIG puddles and mudslides.

Don't worry, it's not something serious.

Today, when I got ready for school, I got a flash flood warning on my TV. I thought it was some kind of monthly test or something so I just ignored it and went through my morning routine.
